Constructed to design class DC‑6, the pavement surface standard is asphalt concrete. Major structures include one slab bridge (9 m span), one girder bridge (16 m span), 15 slab/box culverts (2–6 m spans), and 74 pipe culverts (14"–48" spans). The terrain classification comprises 81.4% rolling and 18.6% mountainous. Delivered under the Design and Build method, the project is financed by the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
