Lot 3: Tercha – Chida

The project is located in the South Nations, Nationalities, Peoples Regional State and Oromia Regional State of Ethiopia, covering a total length of 58 km. It has a 7 m wide carriageway with 1.5 m shoulders on each side, supported by five composite steel/concrete bridges ranging from 15.1 m to 50.2 m spans, along with 6 slab culverts and 15 box culverts for drainage. The pavement surface is built to asphalt concrete standards, designed to withstand the predominantly mountainous terrain. Delivered under a Design and Build contract, the project is financed by the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia at a construction cost of USD 39.94 million
