Megenagna Diaspora Square

This Addis Ababa road project covers three lots: Lot 1 (7 km) from Bole Airport Roundabout to Megenagna Diaspora Square, Lot 2 (7 km) from Arat Kilo through Meskel Square to Bole Bridge, and Lot 3 (5 km) from Megenagna Diaspora Square to Arat Kilo Road. The pavement design includes 90 mm asphalt concrete, 220 mm dense bitumen macadam, and a 175 mm sub-base. Major structures feature a 10 m RC bridge, a 64 m pedestrian overpass, two slab culverts (5 m and 6 m), and two pedestrian underpass box culverts (10 m span). The project is financed by the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, highlighting its commitment to modernizing transport infrastructure in the capital.
