The project is located in Jigjiga City, within the Somali Regional State of Ethiopia, with a total length of 10.18 km. It has a 20 m wide carriageway and is constructed to asphalt-concrete pavement standards, suitable for the predominantly flat and rolling terrain. Financed by the Somali Regional State, the project represents a significant investment with a construction cost of USD 26.42 million.
