STADIA Engineering Works Consultant Plc, in sub-consultancy with Segamu14 Consult Ltd, has officially signed a Contract Agreement with the Ministry of Works and Transport of Uganda in April 2026 to provide consultancy services for the Feasibility Study and Detailed Engineering Design of the Kilak (Gulu) – Rhino Camp Road (100 km). The project, financed by the African Development Bank, involves the feasibility study, detailed engineering design, tender document preparation, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), and Resettlement Action Plan (RAP). The 100 km trunk road, with a 7 m asphalt pavement, is located in northern Uganda, connecting Kilak (Gulu) to Rhino Camp through Amuru District and linking key trading centers, including Awer, Amuru, and Ofworo Landing Site on the Albert Nile. This milestone strengthens STADIA's commitment to delivering high-quality engineering consultancy services across East Africa.
